The customer must check the order upon receiving it.
The delivery representative will wait while the customer tests the fragrance to ensure it matches their preference. If the customer is not satisfied with the scent, they can return it immediately with the driver without any payment, and there will be no issues.
If the customer takes the product and later decides to file a complaint for any reason, we will carefully assess the issue. If the mistake is on our part, we will provide the appropriate solution, whether by replacing the product or sending an alternative. The customer will be informed of the action taken.
