Delivery Methods

Standard Delivery: Arrives within 48 hours across the country at a cost of 2 JOD.

Express Delivery: Arrives within 24 hours (available only in Amman) at a cost of 3 JOD.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers can check the perfume upon delivery. If they don’t like it, they can return it immediately with the driver at no cost.

If there is an error in the order or a manufacturing defect, we take full responsibility and offer a replacement or suitable compensation.

Used or fully opened products cannot be returned to maintain quality standards.
